Happy Thanksgiving: Stories of Courage, Kindness and Grace

Basket with flowersIf the past year has left you oftentimes feeling sad, overwhelmed, angry, helpless shocked or a wicked combination of all of the above, you’re not alone. With a daily whiplash from a racist, misogynistic, craven administration and soul-crushing tragedies like the recent mass shootings in Las Vegas and Sutherland Springs, Texas, and devastation in Puerto Rico, Texas and Florida from Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, it’s hard to keep the faith.

But I’m here to tell you that there are so many wonderful stories of courage, kindness and grace in our midst. Let us be reminded that there is still so much good in the world – and so many good people who want to help others and make a difference.

Love is a VerbIn honor of the Thanksgiving holiday, I thought I’d share just a few of these stories with you.
