Every summer I always find myself on a search for the perfect sandal. As many of you who regularly read my blog may know, I’m a huge fan of the Hermès Oran sandal, which I featured here. However, it’s definitely pricey (but beautiful craftsmanship and longevity to match), and I like to look for more budget-friendly options.
This summer, I think I found the perfect one. 🙂
Sam Edelman’s Bay Cutout sandal is a great combination of style, comfort and affordability. At only $79.95, you may want to get more than one color. (I’ll admit, I purchased both the black and the saddle versions. I had my eye on the tangelo, too, but I had to draw the line somewhere!)
While they obviously don’t have the signature “H” strap design of the Hermès Oran sandal, they are reminiscent of the luxury house’s classic style. With a slip-in design and rounded toe silhouette, they have a lightly padded footbed for comfort and a low stacked ½” heel.
These puppies will take you from the beach to brunch in perfect, classic style. They are currently available in almond, black, white, red, denim blue, green, gold, pewter, saddle, sugar pink and tangelo. Oh, how do you choose just one? Clearly I couldn’t, lol.
