What are three words that best describe you?

Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less.

OK — you know how you wish someone would wave a wand over you and you’d magically become the ultimate, dream-world, superhuman version of you that can leap over tall buildings? I do that. Except, instead of waving a magic wand… I pull on your wrists and tap you on the head.

What are your three biggest indulgences?

I take 4-hours out of my day for ballet class, sweet potato pie & traveling

What’s currently your favorite…

Restaurant: Rosewater (best roast chicken ever) in Brooklyn, NY
Shopping destination: Paris
Hangout: In my kitchen with my friends in Brooklyn, NY
City: New York
Food: Breakfast foods
Cocktail: Kombucha
Book/Author: My husband Eric Franklin, Author of the Franklin Method Books
Song/Artist: Sara Barellies- Brave.  It always makes me smile because of the dance video I made.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

When someone chews loudly with their mouth open.

If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be?

Someone from another planet.

What does it mean to you to have a strong, engaging brand and how has having one  helped you?

Strong engagement comes from knowing the depths of yourself and understanding who you are meant to serve. I know my best results come from working with leaders who support a big audience because my level of embodiment catalyzes their level of embodiment which catalyzes everyone’s level of embodiment and through that I feel more love!

What is your #1 tip for fellow women entrepreneurs?

Balance your brain! It all starts there – don’t run around trying to fix your problems, instead balance your brain and your problems will ‘magically’ dissolve and you’ll find answers where before you saw none.  Right-left brain baby!
