Jacki has been coaching goals since 2009 and has a true passion for a microphone, inspiring others to live it really big and holding them accountable. She speaks to being more human inspired by the likes of Brene Brown, Susanne Conrad and Marti Carr (yep, her Mama).

During her journey of teaching yoga for almost a decade, she’s traveled the world teaching professional cyclists yoga, she’s shared a stage with Michael Franti and even designed custom yoga programs for rehabilitation centers, homeless shelters and the Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles. She truly believe in the power of connection – vulnerable, raw and real – and believes our most powerful and potent practice happens off of our yoga mat.
In 2013 she was named one of the top yoga instructors in Los Angeles by Rate Your Burn. Her classes and retreats have been featured in the Huffington post, National Geographic Traveler, Origin and LA Yoga. In recognition of her work, she’s been named an ambassador of lululemon athletica, Stronger Faster Healthier, Manduka and Tiny Devotions.

Jacki: Confident, driven and fun.

Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less.
Jacki: There was something about the age of thirty that granted me permission to own my awesome. I got clear that my leadership belief about the world is that I belong and you belong here, and now with unique gifts to contribute to the life game. When I operate from that space, this girl is on fire. It is a true practice.
Mary Beth: Gratitude comes easily to me and I thrive in connection.
What are your three biggest indulgences?
Jacki: Red wine, book clubs and camping trips where that WiFi is WEAK!

What is your biggest pet peeve?
Jacki: Honestly, I don’t like when I can hear people swallow next to me. Someone gulping a slushy might be my worst nightmare. So weird, right? And my big world pet peeve is people not realizing their incredible gifts. You are unique and you have something rad to offer, don’t be stingy.
Mary Beth: People who don’t walk their talk.

Jacki: Eleanor Roosevelt and/or Desmond Tutu.

What does it mean to you to have a strong, engaging brand and how has having one helped you?
Jacki: To have a strong engaging brand is to be in emotional connection and bonded with your audience. When you own a company named Rock Your Bliss, you actually have to rock your bliss. Having a strong brand holds me accountable to the values, vision and mission Mary Beth and I co-created! You get real honest, real fast.
Mary Beth: Having a brand that feels like a creative extension of your personality. It’s a place where I express myself fully and enjoy reinventing.
