Every week we’ll be featuring a smart, savvy female entrepreneur we think is just great. These are women who are out there in the trenches each and every day, making things happen and affecting other people’s lives for the better. So pull up a comfy chair, grab a cup of coffee and meet this week’s SheBrand Superstar. We can all learn a golden nugget or two from each other.

1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?
Elizabeth: Therapeutic, Added-Value, Professional
Tara: Stylish, Innovative, Trustworthy
2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less?
Elizabeth: I am someone you can count on & a loyal friend. I pride myself on always following through on my word and if not, then I take responsibility for it. I’ve had the same best friends for 17 years now and would like to think that is because we always make time for each other. You always need someone who “knew you when.”
Tara: I am a dedicated and socially conscious entrepreneur who loves to help women look and feel their best.
3. What are your three biggest indulgences?
Elizabeth:
1) Shoes
2) Purses
3) Traveling (I’ve been to over 30 countries!)
Tara:
1) Shoes
2) Handbags
3) Travel
4. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Elizabeth: When people use excuses and laziness instead of just doing. It would have taken the same amount of time normally to do something as it does to think of an excuse and not do!
Tara: Hypocrisy
5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?
Elizabeth: Jacqueline Kennedy – she is my biggest fashion icon. I would love her to open up enough to know how she dealt with everything with such grace and ease (at least to the public eye!) and her tips for throwing a great party!
Tara: Coco Chanel because she was, and still is, such an influential female entrepreneur. Not only was she a great business woman with incredible vision and creativity, but she had such a passion for life and beauty that I find inspiring.
6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?
Elizabeth: It means freedom to be able to create the life I want for myself and to know that I am helping women on a personal level. Hopefully after you work with us, you feel less stressed and good about tackling the most daunting part of your day; the closet.
Tara: It is important for me because I love fashion and how powerful it is. My personality, lifestyle, and work all reflect that importance and are consistent with my brand message. I firmly believe that when one looks and feels their best they can tackle anything. It gives me great pleasure to help women look their best, so in turn they feel their best and have the confidence to fulfill their potential!
7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?
Elizabeth: Stay focused. Don’t get carried away by what is ahead and what needs to be done. Baby steps work best! The universe has a way of knowing when it is your turn to shine.
Tara: Automate, automate, automate! It is impossible to keep up with everything on your plate everyday, so take the time once a week to schedule out as much as you possibly can for the coming week.
