1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?
Fashionable, Creative, International
2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less.
I try my best to really understand my clients – their brand (or “DNA”), their lifestyle and their needs. I use that understanding in designing my clients’ residences or retail stores so that they are fashionable, while exuding their personality, and functional so that they support their lifestyle or business.
3. What are your three biggest indulgences?
1) Champagne
2) Handbags (Chanel’s lambskin bags are just heavenly!)
3) Cashmere throws
4. What is your biggest pet peeve?
An unmade bed!
5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?
Tory Burch. I am in awe of her because she is glamorous and graceful, built a powerful fashion company, has an adorable family and seems so grounded. She does it all.
6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?
It helps me stand out in an inundated marketplace, while connecting and resonating with my target audience.
7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?
Visual consistency that is aligned with your brand is powerful. Your logo, business cards, other marketing collateral and website – when thoughtfully designed and consistent with each other – elevate your company’s presence.
Way to go Seyie! Proud of you…
