1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?

Optimistic, Empowering, Authentic

2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less?

I have been able to craft businesses that reflect my passions, make a difference in the world, and fit within my lifestyle and priorities. I am living life on my own terms, and that feels pretty awesome to me.

3. What are your three biggest indulgences

1) Grande Skim No-Whip White Mocha

2) Margarita: straight up with salt

3) Stealing time during my workday to play with my adorable seven year old

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Excuses. I need to remind myself of this every day – take responsibility for everything. Be accountable instead of blaming and making excuses! Otherwise you will always live life by default, instead of by your own design.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be?

Living? My Hubby. I can still spend 24 hours a day chatting with him about anything and everything.

Not living? Eleanor Roosevelt. She was a true champion of empowerment and self-confidence. A woman who said, “Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you’ll be criticized anyway” is someone I’d love to get to know.

6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?

We are all born unique – that uniqueness is our personal brand. When you are being YOU, you become comfortable in your own skin, and everything else falls into place…. You attract your ideal clients (the ones who you can really help most, who fall in love with you, who become raving fans), you stand out from the crowd, you become a magnet for incredibly rewarding opportunities. A powerful personal brand provides you freedom and fulfillment!

7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?

Be consistent. with your messaging, your voice, and your frequency.Reliability is a major factor in generating trust and confidence in your personal brand.

  1. I enjoy networking with positive minded individuals from around the world. We can never stop learning and sharing with each other. I feel that it is only right to help others when you can as you never know when you may need support to overcome obstacles that sometimes stop you from enjoying a lifestyle that you deserve. We all need to realise when it is not sensible to go it alone and find strength and support in teamwork.
