1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?

Dynamic, Real, Hopeful

2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less

I have a great capacity for self-awareness and discovery, and in doing my own work and sharing my own journey, others feel safe and supported in living life in a deeper, more authentic way. I also make a kick-ass lasagna, have created some pretty amazing kids with my husband, and can help people navigate almost any type of communication challenge.

3. What are your three biggest indulgences?

1) Massages

2) Mint chip ice cream

3) Dates with my husband

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Passive-aggressive communication.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?

Oprah – I am inspired and curious about her ability to be so real and to show the world that it’s possible to enjoy nice things in life, help others in big ways, and to be a spiritual, deep, authentic person.

6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?

Simply put, because my clients are buying me. It’s taken me a long time to own and appreciate the idea that what I offer and provide is MY heart, mind and soul. Everything I do with my clients comes through me and is a part of me. Having a powerful personal brand communicates who I am so that immediately people get a sense of the person within the company.

7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?

Work on knowing who you really are, what you really stand for and sharing that personal presence with those around you. Women who know themselves, accept themselves and express themselves are magnetic!
