1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?

Frisky, Mindful, Focused

2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less?

I have an insatiable curiosity about these amazing machines we move around in all day; there is simply nothing as sophisticated or elegant as the human body.  I’m continually seeking information, education and knowledge to help me provide a more delectable service to my fabulous clients.

3. What are your three biggest indulgences?

1) Product “research”

2) Books

3) Mornings at my house

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Lack of personal responsibility … a.k.a: whining.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?

My husband. We have so much fun but for the past several years, we’ve rarely had a spare evening to truly sit and dine together.

6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?

I perform a technical trade that anyone can be trained to do. However, no one else can be me, so infusing my specialized services with my own brand of joie de vivre does more than differentiate me from others, it gives my clients certainty in their choice.  In our kooky world, that is priceless.

7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?

Take care of most important asset: You!  It is imperative as leaders, business owners and women that we can function at our fullest capacity. And that takes awareness of and connection with our body, minds and soul.  Mitigating stress, getting the right amount of sleep for our bodies at this time in our lives, fueling ourselves with colorful, fresh foods, breathing deeply, drinking oodles of water and carving out bits of downtime (dare I say meditation?), laughing with friends … we know these factors enhance our lives and I want to encourage every luscious babe out there to move these to the top of their to do list.
