1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?
Friendly, Transparent, Futurist
2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less?
I was an awkward, anti-social and underachiever growing up. But I am awesome now because of social media. I am confident and always up for a new challenge to learn, grow and help others.
3. What are your three biggest indulgences
1) Hulu
2) Netflix
3) Red Wine (usually consumed together)
4. What is your biggest pet peeve?
Crappy people who try to pull you into their cloud of negativity and take from you without any intention of returning your gesture.
5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?
My father’s biological mother. My dad was adopted so I have no idea who she is and it would be cool to find out all the things we may have in common.
6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?
It opens doors and provides you with access to people and opportunities that would not be offered if you didn’t have a strong online presence.
7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?
Spend 30 minutes a day building your personal brand. I don’t mean by simply sharing links and what you are doing. You should be proactively adding value to people that you admire, are in your industry, have connections to people that could help you. Be fearless, be yourself, and show people through your genuine desire to connect with them that you are someone they need to get to know better.
