1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?

High-Energy, Inspiring, and Authentic.

2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less

I am awesome because I help women explore and redefine their relationship with food and fitness and to breakthrough patterns that really weigh them down.

3. What are your three biggest indulgences?

1) Mexican food

2) Shoes

3) Non-stop personal development

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

People who don’t encourage others to step into their own greatness.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?

Bass fisherman, Roland Martin, and my dad.  Back in the 70’s my dad would tape Roland’s Saturday morning fishing shows on the Wide World of Sports channel.  It would be amazing to bring the two most famous fishermen I know together to talk about core life strategies: patience, strategy, flexibility, and how to catch and release.

6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?

My personal brand is my personal navigation system.  It guides me to stay in alignment with what I stand for, who I am, and how I interact with the world.

7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?

Be your brand in everything you do. Know who you are, walk your talk and show up consistently every time.
