1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?

Smart, Lifestyle, Inspiring

2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less.

(Have to admit this is not typically how I speak about myself, but I love how this feels!)  I am awesome because there are 3 amazing little girls running around this planet with half of my DNA!  And because of those 3 little girls, I take my position as a role model for making the world a better place very seriously.

3. What are your three biggest indulgences?

1) My iPhone

2) Any kind of chocolate

3) Days of Our Lives 🙂

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Unfulfilled potential.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?

Hands down, I would have dinner with Ellen Degeneres because she is so stinkin’ hilarious, she inspires others to be the best they can be and she has a heart of gold.  If we could make a party out of it, I would love to invite Oprah, Kathy Ireland, Maria Shriver and my daughters so that we could talk about how to inspire others to make the world a better place.

6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?

It is important to have a powerful personal brand because without it, you cannot attract the right audience to your business.  On the other hand, when you do the work to build a brand that screams your values, your strengths and your message, you will naturally attract your ideal client and they will feel like they have connected with the real you.

7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?

When done right, marketing is about attracting the audience to you who will not only benefit from your message, but who will become loyal followers and fans.  Use marketing tactics that allow you to connect and engage with your audience so that they feel like you are a trusted resource and support system for them.  Marketing, these days is about being the real you so that you can naturally attract the people who need your solution to their problem.  From there, you want to create systems that support the client experience that will keep them coming back for more!
