Fearless, Innovative, Real
2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less?
Daily, I practice coloring outside the lines without crossing the line. It has freed me and allowed me to innovate my life.

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?
When people are afraid to try a new approach. I call these innovation allergies, phrases like “That’s not the way we’ve always done it.”
5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?
Bono, from U2, has been brilliant at identifying where his skill, passion and purpose collide. When those things collide, happiness resides.
6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?
It allows you to rely on yourself. The ROI on investing in your personal brand will always be good.
