1. What are three words that best describe your personal brand?

Confident, Sophisticated and Global

2. Tell us why you’re awesome in two sentences or less.

I have a gift for identifying what’s working and what’s not – when it comes to being an executive. CEOs never have to bring me up to speed – I’m already running alongside them. I get it. I’m the no BS executive coach.

3. What are your three biggest indulgences?

1) Dark Chocolate

2) Tod’s shoes

3) Lots of big, vintage jewelry

4. What is your biggest pet peeve?

Litterbugs: people who drop trash and think no one sees it. This works figuratively as well: people who drop “trash” in the workplace (bad behavior and poor communication) and think no one notices it or feels its effects.

5. If you could have dinner with anyone (living or not) who would it be and why?

My “Opa”, my dad’s father, whom I never met, as he died when my dad was 21.

6. Why is having a powerful personal brand important to you?

It helps express what I am passionate about, what I do well, and how I help executives.

7. What is your #1 marketing tip for fellow female entrepreneurs?

Choose the strength you are most passionate about and be known for that. Once you settle into that, marketing feels natural and authentic, and the rest is history.  And talk to Liz!
